Successful candidate should offer administrative, banking, or legal experience, with experience in loan documentation preferred. Employee will work under general supervision of a commercial loan officer and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Duties include assisting loan officers with the preparation and packaging of loan related documents, maintaining loan files, communicating with customers and underwriters concerning documentation requirements while ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely administration of loan documentation according to loan administration guidelines and checklists, promoting and cross-selling all products and services with a broad knowledge of bank offerings, and maintaining and servicing customer accounts. Successful candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, an understanding of banking/lending terms and practices, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and other bank employees.
