Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports To: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Sales representative for, and product ambassador of, Arthrex products as well as product and procedural support in the Operating Room.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Sell Arthrex products to new and existing clients through in-person appointments, providing expert knowledge, and various lead sources.*
2. Represent MidSouth Orthopedics by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.*
3. Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.*
4. Establish and maintain relationships with clients (surgeons, nursing and clinical staff, etc.).*
5. Provide doctor and staff with assistance in the installation and set-up of equipment.*
6. And other duties as assigned.*

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, RedSpot, Salesforce.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university or Medical Sales College Certification; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Equipment: Dolly for moving instrument sets.
