Adult Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner needed to make medical house calls and provide telemedicine services at homes in the Carthage, Texas and surrounding areas. Must live in the coverage area. This position is a full-time position.
We specialize in transitional care, getting patients home from the hospital, working closely with home health, primary care providers, and specialists. Flexible schedule, work from your home, corporate office is located in Texarkana, TX. Physician supervision and full support team are provided. Previous home care experience as a nurse practitioner or nurse in home health or ICU settings required. Must live within the service area to qualify.
