Apparel Screen Print Operator.
Summary
This position functions as a member of the apparel department. Primary duties include running equipment, performing finishing tasks, and machine maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, problem solving and teamwork mentality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Running DTG and Screen printer.
- Ability to trouble shoot situations and make decision.
- Pretreating of shirts.
- Perform screen making operations.
- Ability to use ladders and lifts to assist on installs.
- Operations and maintenance of printers.
- Counting, folding, and boxing of apparel.
- Work in a team environment with other employees to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Follow department operational policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties assigned and those that may be necessary to achieve company and departmental goals.
Requirements : Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactory. The requirements listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.
Education and / or Experience
Associate degree in Business or related field; or 6 month or more in related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic math concepts (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Physical and Working Conditions
