Job Summary :
The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Analyst and Access Center Manager to accomplish creating analytical reports for radiology executive leadership. The analytical reports will focus on general radiology operations and access center operations.
Key Accountabilities :
- Run and download daily, weekly, and monthly reports to excel from various systems.
- Interacts with clinical imaging and access center managers to understand their reporting needs, and provide visuals based on user needs and requirements.
- Interested in learning complex workflows and how to represent those workflows with data.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of reports.
- Shows self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data.
- Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance and effectively communicate the findings. Data sets focused on access center analytics.
- Maintain various analytic tools across multiple imaging departments to best support the operations team.
- Support the Business Analyst and Access Center Manager with ad hoc reporting requests.
- Leveraging data, provides recommendations and identify areas of opportunity for growth.
- Helps to write business case proposals, including detailed cost / benefit analysis and ROI.
- Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance.
