Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center has an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained, BC / BE Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its world-class team.

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be BC / BE in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Spine. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment ensuring a rewarding experience.

Education and Experience :

Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with spine specialization.

Eligible for or holding a valid Louisiana medical license.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

About Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center :

Established, thriving orthopaedic practice with 10 physicians

6 PAs and 3 NPs

Two main clinic locations in Alexandria and Pineville

3 satellite locations, 1 Orthopaedic Urgent Care, and 2 Physical Therapy locations

Brand new, state-of-the-art ASC onsite (Phase 1 completion August 2026)

Onsite EMG, imaging, injections, and access to DME

ModMed EMR system

Excellent opportunity to build your practice with an established patient base

Potential for partnership track with exceptional financial rewards

Strong affiliations with LSU Shreveport, Louisiana Christian University, and the US Ski Team
