Job Requirements
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
Physically walking grounds on frequent basis to remove litter, debris, sticks, cigarette butts, pet droppings, and all other elements to assure all areas remain neat and free of all litter at all times.
Help clean and maintain storage and shop areas - including dumpster areas.
Assists with various physical tasks as directed; for example, snow removal, pressure washing, raking, sweeping shoveling as circumstances arise.
Comply with all safety standards with local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
REQUIREMENTS :
Willing to work outside in a range of weather conditions
Willing to perform snow removal, which may be required on a weekend
Ability to be a self-starter
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, procedures, Fair Housing Laws, ADA, FCRA, and all other requirements of property management.
Professionalism with coworkers, residents, and vendors
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Constant need to be on feet
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling
Frequent stair climbing
Climb Ladders
Ability to lift and carry supplies, move equipment, and move appliances
Work outdoors in all conditions for extended periods of time
