Strategizing plans and implementing tasks to carry out the owner and company vision for each property assigned to the portfolio.
Ensuring properties comply with all regulatory requirements, including lease agreements, and company policies.
Overseeing the implementation of maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects across properties.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve occupancy rates, revenue, and retention.
Promoting tenant satisfaction by maintaining high-quality living environments and addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
Preparing and presenting property performance reports, action plans and progress updates to senior management and ownership.
Collaborating with owners and investors to review property analysis, discuss financial health, and strategize future improvements.
Leading special projects or initiatives as assigned.
Financial Responsibilities
Working closely with the finance department to maintain budget adherence and achieve financial targets.
Reviewing and analyzing budget statements, expense reports, and financial statements for accuracy while ensuring that your portfolio management team understands financial reports.
Communicating financial performance and projections to property owners and investors, addressing any areas of concern with actionable solutions.
Providing recommendations to owners and investors regarding capital expenditures, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
Acting as a liaison between the corporate office and on-site teams, ensuring alignment on policies and objectives.
Leading the team in weekly meetings to discuss initiatives, KPIs, and quarterly objectives for the property and team to ensure consistent communication and support is given.
Recruiting and mentoring your team to achieve their professional goals and maintain communication through one-on-one staff meetings to ensure consistent support and understanding of tasks and feedback.
Fostering a collaborative team environment through clear communication and recognition of achievements.
