What You’ll Do
Our Servers are “people persons” to their core, motivated by helping others, and passionate about delivering the best experience through food and connections. As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll be serving and assisting our customers by taking their orders, servicing, and delivering orders, suggesting delicious meal & drink options, and doing so, while maintaining a safe & sanitary workspace.

Role Responsibilities:

Collecting accurate and efficient orders from our customers

Handling payment information with integrity and proficiency

Building lasting relationships with current members and staff through social interactions and conversation
- Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary workspace and equipment
Experience/Skill Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check screening

Availability to work a flexible schedule especially evenings & weekends

2 years working in a serving restaurant role preferred

A passion for food and restaurant operations and a desire to make an impact on bettering people's lives

Guest oriented and service minded

A 'win together' work ethic and the ability to lead by example

Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment

Previous Silverware POS experience an asset

Able to stand for a 8-10 hour shift

Serv Safe Food Handlers & Basset Certificates required

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
