What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatics Instructor position at Midtown Athletic Club?
Midtown is looking for an Aquatics Coach to add to our first-class organization. The osition base rate is $22.00 - $24.50 per instructional hour (tiered depending on experience, education and certifications)
The Position
As an integral part of the aquatics team, our Aquatics Coaches inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by :
- Demonstrating professionalism, resilience, continued growth and optimism
- Build lesson plans based on the Midtown curriculum and teach to expectations
- Promoting and providing private lessons
- Have excellent engagement skills to build trust and open communication
- Maintaining aquatics areas and equipment to promote an enjoyable experience
- Provide availability to teach during Group Lesson times which may include : Monday - Friday 9am-11am & 3 : 45pm - 6 : 30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm.
