Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to elevate our visual brand identity. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling communications for members and prospects across all channels - from print to digital, and even within our club spaces.

- Collaborate across teams to bring our brand storytelling to life for members and prospects and incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies throughout designs
What You'll Do
Lead visual design strategy by interpreting and executing Midtown's brand strategy across campaigns, our member app, website, apparel, and club spacesDevelop creative concepts based on interpreting briefsConfidently present and communicate design concepts to cross-functional teamsCollaborate with the full marketing team for cohesive and effective deliverablesTime-manage multiple projects and prioritize based on impactConsistently deliver creative solutions to visual challengesResearch and understand industry trends and target audiencesManage freelance designers and external vendors to support with creative implementationsWhat You'll Need
2 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skillsExcellent research, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsKeen interest and attention to user experience and information hierarchyAbility to work independently and with a team to meet deadlinesExcellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilityAbility to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for design and an interest in luxury fitness brandingStrong ability to interpret and implement feedbackEagerness to develop new skillsA collaborative and team-oriented approachSolid understanding of design principlesPreferred skills and qualifications
Significant experience with UX or UI designProficiency in Figma and FigjamBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in designCertification and / or training in relevant software programsAbout Midtown
