Job Title : LCSW / CSW
Starting hourly pay : $24.00 per hour up Depending on Experience
Location : Inside Lantern House Shelter, Ogden, UT
Schedule : Part-time 20 hours per week, during Monday- Friday

General Description :
Midtown Community Health Center provides vital comprehensive, quality health services to underserved communities with limited access to healthcare. We are a private, non-profit community healthcare center that accepts patients with and without private health insurance. We are a National Health Service Corps Approved Site.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Social Worker, to provide counseling and case management services that address the social and emotional needs of our patients. The clinician must possess excellent clinical skills and will be responsible to provide short-term mental health counseling, group therapy and crisis management using evidence-based treatment models with adults, children, and families. The dedicated individual will work closely with the primary health care team to provide behavioral health consultation and intervention.
Minimum Qualifications :
Master's Degree from accredited Social Work Program.
License Required- Eligible and working toward licensed clinical social worker required, current Utah license preferred.
Other :
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred to meet the mission of Midtown. Experience with underserved populations preferred.
