Oklahoma based General Contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Position Qualifications:
- Must have a background in supervision of skilled crews
- A minimum of 10 years commercial construction experience with full understanding of the phases of construction
- Knowledge of field operations in the construction process. Ability to track, execute and schedule work; handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and tilt panel construction preferred
Responsibilities:
- Involved in all aspects of the construction project from implementation through close out
- Plan for and assign resources as applicable for projects
- Document and manage jobsite details, daily progress reports, safety toolbox talks, weekly foreman’s meetings, develop three-week look ahead scheduling
- Quality control
- Production
- Manage and enforce company safety program
