You work in our office from 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, Monday - Thursday and 6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm, Friday . You're the bridge between our patients and insurance companies, and you tackle various responsibilities to ensure dentistry treatments are properly covered.
In this financial role, you verify insurance information, ensure accuracy, and correctly submit claims. You process payments, manage appeals, and follow up with insurance companies about unpaid claims.
Attentively, you resolve any issues that come up to support our financial health and our patients' well-being!
