Job Summary
Looking for a full time doorman for a brand new Midtown luxury high rise building. Candidate should have minimum 2 yrs experience as a Doorperson in a luxury building, interacting between tenants and management. Coordination of package deliveries with package logging system. Logging and tracking vistiors and contractors that come to the building. Communication between tenants and staff. Keeping lobby clean, clear and secure. Assisting tenants.
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lobby Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our lobby area. This is a vital role that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and guests, providing assistance with inquiries and directions as needed.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals, including guests, employees, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to any security or emergency situations, including those involving conflict management or loss prevention.
- Utilize surveillance systems and CCTV cameras to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Maintain the lobby area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring that it is free of clutter and hazards.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Must have a certificate in loss prevention or a related field.
- Possess a certificate in CPR and first aid.
- Have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a law enforcement or security-related capacity.
- Be comfortable with the use of surveillance systems and CCTV cameras.
- Demonstrate excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
