Job Description:
Legacy Creators Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team, specializing in teaching one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education, a commitment to fostering a positive classroom environment, and the ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners. Familiarity with Singapore Math and/or the Hillsdale K-12 Curriculum is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student learning and well-being.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification: Teacher certification preferred.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with Singapore Math and/or the Hillsdale K-12 Curriculum is a plus.
- Spanish Fluency is a requirement
