We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of one of our parks in Norwalk, OH. This role requires a strong background in property maintenance, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of rental units, common areas, and park infrastructure.
- Address tenant and guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee groundskeeping, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Maintain and repair park utilities, including water, sewer, and electrical hookups..
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain records of completed work, supplies used, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues independently.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Availability for on-call emergency maintenance requests when necessary.
