Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling patient inquiries.
- Provide education to patients regarding contact lenses, glasses, and eye care products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support retail sales by assisting patients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an optical or ophthalmology setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of medical records management and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in a healthcare or optical environment.
