Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and locating merchandise
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management
-Clean bathrooms, Mall and lounge area. Sweep, mop and vacuum daily
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in sales is a must
- Able to lift or assist in lifting heavy objects
