Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. We cross train FOH for several positions including cashier, expo, togo cashier, and run/buss. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working in the food industry.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and service counters.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in training new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
