Seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform mechanical duties related to farm equipment and machinery maintenance and repair.

Service Technician
- Work with electronic diagnostic equipment and computer software to inspect and diagnose issues with agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Repair or replace defective parts in engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery, including oil changes, cleaning, and part replacement.
- Report any additional work required on equipment to the Service Manager.
- Participate in all training programs as directed by the Service Manager.
- Account for all time and for all materials used in performing work duties.
- Report on any issues with shop tools, equipment or vehicles that are in a serviceable condition or are unsafe for use.
Requirements:
- Diesel Mechanic Certification or equivalent of 3 years schooling/experience in farm equipment maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL beneficial).
- Mechanic tool set appropriate for required work.
- Able to operate vehicles and equipment used in service shops.
- Able to lift heavy 75 pounds as required without assistance.
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
