Maintenance Technician – Full Time
$20–$25/hour | 40 Hours/Week | On-Call Rotation

What You'll Do:
- Start every day with a walkthrough to catch issues before they become problems
- Jump into light electrical, plumbing, HVAC filter swaps, drywall fixes, and general repairs
- Stay organized using our digital work order system — no chasing paper
- Get move-in rooms ready, help flip spaces, assist during inspections and special events
- Be the go-to for keeping residents and staff safe, comfortable, and happy
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance (apartments, facilities, hotels, etc.)
- Solid skills in general building repairs and troubleshooting
- Someone dependable, fast-moving, and focused on doing things right the first time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move around both inside and outdoors
- Willing to be on-call during off hours for emergency issues
