Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
