HVAC Commercial Sales & Design Build

Job Description:

P & L Johnson, a leading HVAC and refrigeration company in Astoria, OR, is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Sales & Design Build professional to join our team. This role will involve engaging with commercial clients, understanding their HVAC and refrigeration needs, and designing customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their HVAC and refrigeration needs.
• Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC and refrigeration systems tailored to their specifications and budget.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and estimates to clients, clearly outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution from design to installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide innovative and efficient solutions to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet sales targets and objectives set by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration sales and design build.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial sales projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
