- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR systems management.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to create seamless transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
- Support M&A and integration needs under the direction of leadership to facilitate a smooth integration transition.
