Responsibilities:
- Engage with commercial clients to understand their HVAC needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and implement customized HVAC solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and estimates to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial sales projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
