Meat Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meat Department Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our meat department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction with our meat products. As a department manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of butchers and meat clerks, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing strategies to increase department sales.
