Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be crucial in connecting top-tier professionals with high-growth companies across departments like Administrative/Clerical, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, and Professional Services. Key Responsibilities:

Drive proactive candidate sourcing across multiple channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment through in-depth interviews, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure an optimal match with both role requirements and company culture.

Build and maintain a dynamic, future-ready talent pipeline by continuously nurturing relationships with top-tier professionals, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for both current and upcoming roles.

Design and implement targeted, results-oriented recruitment strategies that align with organizational hiring goals, timelines, and business needs, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hires.

Provide a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, fostering long-term relationships and positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the interview, offer, and onboarding process to ensure a positive and successful transition.

Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruiting solutions that meet team-specific needs and organizational goals.

Leverage cutting-edge applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes, enhance candidate management, and maintain accurate, real-time data for decision-making.

Stay ahead of recruitment trends and best practices, continuously refining sourcing techniques and processes to drive innovation and attract the best talent in a competitive market.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in sales/business development, marketing, business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred, and a strong commitment to continuous professional development is preferred.

3-5 years of demonstrated success in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a professional staffing agency, corporate setting, or similar fast-paced environments.

In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including innovative sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and selection techniques.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, fostering positive and productive partnerships.

Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple high-impact recruitment initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other advanced recruiting software/tools to streamline workflows, enhance candidate tracking, and support data-driven decision-making.
