Location : Woodstock, IL
Schedule : 3 : 00PM-1 : 00AM
Pay rate : $25.00
Duties :
- Lead daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols while fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting, machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments while overseeing safe operations and training team members.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, performing audits and ensuring all HACCP / process checks are completed on time and accurately.
- Assist with scheduling, prioritize tasks to meet production targets, and evaluate employee performance to improve efficiency.
