Looking for a great opportunity in North Chicago? We’re hiring Material Handlers to join a dynamic team! If you have experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or forklift operation, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Location : North Chicago, IL
Schedule : M-TH - 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm / Fri. 11 : 00am – 7 : 30pm
Pay rate : $18 / hr D.O.E
Duties :
- Safely handle, transport, and store raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move products within the facility.
- Follow proper procedures for loading and unloading hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Weigh, label, and document incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including handling and storage guidelines for chemicals.
- Assist with packaging and repackaging chemicals according to customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
