Appointment Setter
Location: ON-SITE Broadview
Schedule: 10 AM- 8 PM - Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $20 - $21 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting 150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers to schedule appointments with our Move Pros (sales representatives).
- Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support.
- Qualifying leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Managing and maintaining an organized customer database (CRM).
- Responding to customer inquiries and following up as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales and service process.
- Monitoring and reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Prior experience in an outbound call center is highly preferred. Inside sales or related sales experience is beneficial.
- At least 2 years of experience setting appointments with consumers (excluding physician appointment setting) to purchase products is required.
- Solid understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Confidence and professionalism in making outbound calls and crafting email communications.
- Proficiency in virtual calling platforms (e.g., FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and the ability to engage with potential customers in virtual face-to-face interactions.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM platforms is essential, with Salesforce knowledge strongly preferred.
- Persuasive, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Due to the nature of the business, this position is not eligible for remote work.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
