In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers, offering expert guidance on our cabinet products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have experience in customer service, a passion for interior design, and a focus on delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!
Location : Mokena, IL
Schedule : 8AM-5PM
Pay rate : $17.00 / Hour
Duties :
- Maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers.
- Process orders, payments, and handle returns / replacements.
- Assist clients with product selections and layout interpretation.
- Organize customer files, collect feedback, and report issues.
