Join Us for a Great Opportunity! We're Hiring a PSM Coordinator in Woodstock, IL!
Are you a skilled professional with a strong background in ammonia refrigeration systems and Process Safety Management (PSM)? Midway Staffing is seeking a dedicated PSM Coordinator to maintain and enhance our facility's PSM program. This is a first-shift role offering competitive pay and opportunities to showcase your leadership and technical expertise.
Location : Woodstock, IL
Schedule : 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM)
Pay rate : $30 / hour
Duties :
- Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Coordinate and ensure all Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) are performed as required.
- Ensure the PSM program is always audit-ready.
- Schedule and document monthly PSM team meetings with detailed meeting minutes.
- Assist in managing the Hot Work Program and Emergency Action Plan.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and operating procedures are documented, updated, and certified annually.
- Participate in corporate PSM audits and workshops to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate utilities and facilities planning and scheduling.
