Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Hand-select orders in warehouse environments with varying temperatures (dry, cooler, and freezer).
- Operate Sysco Order Selection (SOS) units to create and place labels correctly on products.
- Stack products on pallets using proper procedures, ensuring safety and accuracy (e.g., heavy-on-light stacking is avoided, labels face outward).
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products within the facility.
- Stage pallets for loading in designated dock locations.
- Follow SyscoSafe preferred work methods at all times and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Comply with company sanitation requirements and AIB (American Institute of Baking) standards.
- Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jacks, SOS units, and personal protective equipment.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure safe operation of mechanical equipment.
- Shrink-wrap products for loading.
- Attend all mandatory company meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or equipment operation experience.
- Experience with Ride-on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ).
- Order picking and packing skills.
- Inventory management and receiving experience.
- Proficiency with scanners.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently lift products weighing 1-75 pounds
- Regularly reach up to 72 inches.
- Constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift and retrieving items from lower shelf areas.
