Midway Staffing is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to join our growing team!
In this role, you'll work closely with branch personnel and client partners to enhance recruiting efficiency, oversee daily operations, and ensure a seamless workforce experience. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 7 : 30 PM
Compensation : $23.50 / hr Monthly Bonus & Overtime

What You’ll Do :
Build and maintain strong relationships with Midway Staffing talent and client partner.
Liaison between the client and Midway Staffing to ensure clear communication, seamless labor personnel, and reporting accuracy.
Produce daily reports that offer insights into attendance and other key metrics.
Recruit and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Assist with timecard approvals.
What We’re Looking For :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in staffing, on-site management, or recruiting (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to work as a team
