Location: Medley, Florida - On-Site
Pay: $16-$18 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Purchase Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, reviewing, and entering purchase orders. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, excel in multitasking, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, review, and accurately enter 40-50 purchase orders daily.
- Monitor cruise customer ordering platforms for incoming purchase orders.
- Ensure all purchase orders are processed efficiently through A/S 400 or Bot systems.
- Perform data entry tasks using Google Docs and Salesforce.
- Navigate and retrieve necessary information from the internet as needed.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to coordinate order processing.
- Manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience with Google Docs and Oracle is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Highly organized, self-managed, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Docs is advantageous.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
