Quality Control Inspector
Are you passionate about ensuring precision and quality in every detail? Midway Staffing is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Specialist with steel fabrication experience for our client in El Mirage, AZ! If you have an eye for excellence and a background in fabrication processes, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Location : El Mirage, AZ!
Schedule : Mon - Thurs 5 am - 3 : 30 pm / 3 : 30 pm - 2 am
Pay rate : $25
Duties :
- Accurately document all performed inspections.
- Communicate with shop supervision on any noncompliant items found.
- Perform fit-up / dimensional inspections to verify compliance to shop drawings.
- Monitor welding operations for compliance with codes and company welding procedures.
- Perform 100% visual weld inspection for weld quality, size, and location.
- Monitor surface preparation and coating application. Perform paint inspections to verify quality and dry film
thickness.
