Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at a leading packaging distribution company. This role involves handling, organizing, and preparing packaging materials for distribution while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
