Weekend Line Lead

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line Lead to oversee and coordinate the activities of our warehouse team during weekend shifts. As a Lead, you will take charge of ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse tasks, guide, and support other team members, and ensure that our quality standards are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with leadership experience or those looking to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on in daily operations.

Location : York, PA

Schedule : 6 AM to 6 PM (Saturday and Sunday, or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Pay rate : $19.00

Duties :

• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Assigning duties and coordinating the workflow of picking, packing, labeling, and organizing orders.
• Ensuring team members maintain quality control standards for all orders.
• Assisting in special projects such as kitting, bundling orders, and logistics for wholesale clients.
• Training new team members, guiding best practices and company procedures.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring accurate receiving, organization, and stock management.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
