Midwest Alarm Services is currently seeking a qualified Fire Alarm Inspector to join our Healthcare Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fire alarm inspections to ensure the safety and protection of healthcare and other facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of fire alarm systems in healthcare and other facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems, diagnose problems, and implement necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and other relevant information.
- Provide recommendations to clients for improving fire safety measures and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, building owners, and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with fire safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a Nebraska Fire Alarm License
- Ability to get NICET certified if not already
- Suppression experience/certification a plus
- Initiative and drive to help grow a business unit
- A strong knowledge of fire codes to ensure safe and proper inspection of systems and devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess the values important to Midwest Alarm Services – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability
