This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Sprinkler Division, including recruitment, training, and development of union sprinkler technicians who will inspect, service, and maintain sprinkler systems across the region. This leadership role requires a strong background in sprinkler systems, team management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain union relationship to oversee hiring, training, and continuous development of union technicians, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
- Develop and implement performance goals and KPIs for the division, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
- Create and maintain schedules for inspections and service calls, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed.
- Cultivate a strong team culture, fostering open communication and professional growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare and manage division budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to sprinkler systems.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sprinkler system inspection, service, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire safety regulations.
- NICET certification in fire sprinkler systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing technical teams.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Midwest region.
