The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our openings in Downingtown, PA . Job Requirements :
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in PA
School based experience, Medication Administration, Seizure monitoring, diabetic management, Pediatrics (preferred)
Task & Responsibilities :
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
Assist students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental and social health needs
Promote and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
Provide expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community
