The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse for our openings in Nashua, NH . In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care, assisting students in managing chronic health conditions, and advocating for their overall well-being. Your expertise will not only contribute to their immediate health needs but also foster a culture of wellness and health education among students and staff. Job Requirements :

  • Hold a Registered Nurse License
  • School based experience, Gtube, Trach, Medication Administration, Seizure monitoring, diabetic management, Pediatrics (preferred)

Task & Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
  • Assist students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
  • Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
  • Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental and social health needs
  • Promote and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
  • Provide expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community
