Midwest Autism Therapy is searching for a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and expand our impact of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for the families we serve. Qualifications and Skills:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within the next 2 months to apply.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers in behavioral techniques and patient care.
