Description
Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, assists loan officers with all types of loan activity. Accompanies officers calling on customers when requested, develops and analyzes all types of credit information pertaining to diversified types of agricultural and commercial loans, prepares and presents loan presentations for lending officers and/or committees, and provides any other assistance to lending officers as required.
Qualifications
- Prepares financial statements and cash flow analysis for lending officers utilizing Web Equity Manager to determine financial position of borrowers and credit needs.
- Prepares loan presentations and attachments to be reviewed by loan committees or Board of Directors.
- Reviews credit files over $50,000 to ensure proper documentation and approval is complete prior to closing.
- Presents loan presentations and other documentation to loan committees or the Board of Directors as requested.
- Complete In-House evaluations for Farm RE and small commercial.
- Monitors risk ratings of credits quarterly to ensure all loans are consistently rated and also make changes as loan ratings change.
- Prepares the Quarterly Large Borrower report for the loan officers to update comments.
- Audit collateral vault on a quarterly basis.
- Set up weekly OLC meetings to include operating computer thru the agenda.
- Assists in obtaining missing documents from Doc Tracking system.
- Serve in a back-up role to the Credit Card Manager.
- Assist in running the daily payments that come thru the Credit Card email.
- Run credit bureaus on customers when required.
- Conduct all job duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Business or Finance
- 3 plus years of experience in financial industry
