Objectives of this Role
- Manages workflow for documentation, new, renewals and modifications, for all branches.
- Analyzes and audits pre-closing documentation to produce regulatory required loan documents.
- Essential to creating and maintaining a centralized loan documentation environment to perfect the bank’s security interest.
- Ensure the bank’s compliance with flood regulations.
- Assist Senior, Team Lead and Manager with special projects.
- Scheduling of loan packages based on completeness of pre-closing documents as well as closing dates, times, etc.
- Determination of required loan packages to be produced based on approved loan type and collateral securing the loan.
- Determines additional requirements for all loans secured by property located in a flood zone to assure bank compliance with regulatory matters.
- Communication with the Lenders/Lender support based on various needs.
- Organize loan requests to be worked on
- Prepare Loan documentation.
- Lender/Lender Support assistance

- 1-3 years of commercial loan documentation experience preferred
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle high workload and prioritize multiple tasks to insure timely completion
- Must be a team player and work well with all levels of bank personnel
- Required proficiency with regulatory requirements as well as internal bank policies
- Professional telephone etiquette required
- Must be able to work accurately under time constraints
- Preferably have experience with Laser Pro, doc prep system at a user level and all Microsoft Office products, as well as mainframe systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Create, revise, and update policies and procedures
- Have excellent typing skills
- Ability to pass a background check
