Midwest Block and Brick, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, manufacturer, and retailer of masonry products, is seeking a person to join our quality team to assist customers and contractors by providing quality Sales Coordination as a Sales Coordinator, both in person and by phone!

Primary Duties
- Works with outside sales rep’s to assist with job set-up requirements.
- Enters orders into JD Edwards system for upcoming project.
- Print and distribute orders to production and purchasing departments.
- Develop and send quotes to contractors bidding projects.
- Maintains job log for projects bid and projects in pre-bid design phase.
- Communicates with purchasing department to secure pricing on special order materials.
- Maintain marketing collateral for sales team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Available to work 40 or more hours per week.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Must be able to walk throughout material yards.
- Inside sales experience helpful
- Experience in building materials industry would be helpful.
