We are searching for an experienced, passionate, and driven adviser to join our advisory business. You will have the opportunity to manage client relationships while supporting and learning from senior wealth advisors. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Use your bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field and 5 years of relevant investment and financial advisory experience to oversee and manage client relationships when acting as the lead advisor.
- Have a strong understanding of financial markets and investments to assist and support the Senior Wealth Advisor with complex client relationships
- Build relationships and rapport with clients, outside professionals and external networks.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously, accommodating unexpected requests or needs, and follow through, and be a strong communicator to speak on complex financial topics clearly and effectively;
- Utilize your experience with financial and tax planning software (MoneyGuidePro/Holistiplan or similar) trading software, and experience with a custodian like Charles Schwab to effectively manage client needs.
- Participate on the investment committee and related duties.
- Help train and support the financial planning team
- Lead meetings with retirement plan participants as needed.
- Other duties as required to advance the mission of the organization.
