Location in Organization:
The Cath Lab Manager oversees the Cath Lab/OBL suite and reports to the Director or Administrator.
General Duties:
Manages Cath Lab operations, supervises staff, controls inventory, ensures policy compliance, and identifies areas for improvement.
Specific Duties:
- Develop goals, policies, and quality assurance programs.
- Ensure efficient resource use and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory, quality control checks, and radiation safety.
- Contribute to budgeting, staffing, and capital expenditure.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
- Enforce HR policies and maintain safety standards.
Management Skills:
- Plan, prioritize, and implement department goals.
- Lead staff development and team collaboration.
- Plan, prioritize, and implement goals.
- Lead staff development and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- A.S./B.S. in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Nursing.
- 5 years in cardiac cath with supervisory experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation: Pay starting at $112,150.00.
