Operates a multi-line switchboard, directing calls and scheduling patient appointments according to clinic guidelines.
Qualifications:

- Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred
- Strong communication skills
Specific Duties:
- Answer 100-150 incoming calls daily.
- Accurately schedule appointments and route messages to the correct team.
- Ensure proper documentation in the medical record.
- Meet performance goals (e.g., 85% calls answered in under 30 seconds, less than 10% abandonment rate).
- Perform other related duties as needed to support clinic operations.
Compensation: Pay starting at $17.87.
